Let's talk about a few rules
I believe all people should feel as good as they look. My studio set out to not only provide clients with outstanding hair service but to create a long term relationship, one where we grow together and provide my clients with the knowledge and tools to continue to feel beautiful outside of my space.
COVID & Sick Policy
If you want to wear a face mask, wear one! If you don’t want to wear a face mask, don’t! Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus in the last 14 days.
Ultimately I'm doing everything I can to keep the viruses out of the salon, however, let's try to have a normal vibe in the salon again.
Kids Policy
I love all kids, unfortunately, due to the chemicals I use in the space I feel it is best to keep your children at home during your appointments. This is for their own safety!
Patch Test & Consultations
If you haven't visited me before a consultation and a patch test is needed at least 48 hours before any colour session. I have a complimentary consultation service. We need to chat about your hair colour needs.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will have to be rescheduled, due to timing and other scheduled appointments.
Confirmation Policy
Please confirm or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours prior to the visit.
Booking Policy
For all colour appointments over two hours, a £50 deposit will be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The deposit will be used for your appointment.
If rescheduling is done 48 hours prior to your appointment it may also be carried over to your rescheduled appointment. Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before an appointment will result in your deposit being forfeit.
All new clients are required to book a 15-minute consultation before booking an appointment. This allows me to be able to book the appropriate amount of time for your appointment according to your needs.
Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds
I want all guests to love their hair. If you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, reach out to me within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + and product spent during custom colour + extension appointments, I do not offer refunds.
